Bluebell woods are a very popular choice for family sessions, as there is no other backdrop like it. The bluebells are only in season a couple weeks of the year and therefore I am offering mini sessions in the hopes to give as many families an opportunity for a session as possible.

Us Mum's are always taking 1000's of phone photos of our children, but we are NEVER IN THE PHOTO! This is your chance to create memories that in years to come you can look back on and cherish the connection you and your children share.

WHO ARE THE SESSIONS SUITABLE FOR?

Families with up to 3 children.

Location

The Bluebells are located in a private woods in Little Bentley, Essex and are a 5 minute walk from Honeysuckle Photography The Studio.

The Studio address is: Unit 18, Hall Farm Business Centre, Church Road, Little Bentley, Essex, CO7 8SD.

Please park in the disabled parking bay directly underneath the Honeysuckle Photography sign. (Please don't worry if you do not have a disabled badge, the bay is a private allocated space for the studio).

HOW DO I BOOK?

Click on the BOOK NOW button below and follow the prompts to choose your date and time slot and complete your payment.

Upon booking, you will receive a booking contract for your signing and a pre-session questionnaire for your completion. The questionnaire will help me to provide you with a relaxed experience and allow me to capture your ideal imagery on the day of your session.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY of your session?

Once you have parked your car, please come into the studio and then we will walk over to the woods together for your mini session. Please arrive promptly, as the mini sessions are back to back and I will not be able to run overtime on your session.

WHAT HAPPENS after the session?

You will be emailed a link to a private online viewing gallery that will contain minimum 20 images. You will have the option to select your 3 favourite images and if you wish to upgrade and purchase more images there are two package options available for you. *Please note, further payment is required for all package upgrades, see below.

WHAT ADDITIONAL PACKAGE UPGRADES ARE AVAILABLE?

KEEPSAKE PACKAGE UPGRADE - £95

  • Upgrade from 3 to 8 digital images.

LUXURY PACKAGE UPGRADE - £125

  • Upgrade to your whole gallery (minimum 20 images).
  • 8x10" Professional Matted Print of your favourite image (Normally £95).
  • Music slideshow containing all images (mobile compatible for sharing on social media).
  • £50 credit towards print products/wall art*

*The £50 credit can be used towards a selection of print products and there will also be an exclusive wall art special offer only for Bluebell Mini Session clients. Further payment may be required depending on your chosen products. The £50 credit is only valid towards the purchase of print products/wall art and is not redeemable for cash or deduction from packages.

Terms and conditions apply:

  • One household per booking. Cousins can book back to back sessions.
  • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or gift voucher.
  • Not transferable to any other session type.
  • Session fee is non-refundable and not transferable to another date.

What if it rains?

If the weather is not suitable for the mini session to take place, then a back up date will be arranged. This is likely to be Monday 2nd May and/or Saturday 7th May 2022. However, if it is just a light sprinkle of rain every now and then, the session will go ahead.

Can we bring the grandparents or cousins?

Up to 2 grandparents can be included in the session free of charge. Cousins will need to book back to back sessions.

What happens if we have Covid?

You will have the option for one reschedule at a date and time where I can squeeze you into my diary, as I have limited availability in the next few months. Your mini session will need to be redeemed within one month of the original session date and will still take place in the private woods. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee the Bluebells will still be in bloom.

Can we change our session time?

Please be sure that you can attend your booked session, as once the slots are all booked then I am not able to amend your time.
